Who is the Controller of your personal data? The Controller of your personal data within the meaning of Article 4(7) of the GDPR is TM Technologie Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Morawica 355 (32-084), registered under KRS No. 0000144891 by the 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register of the District Court for Krakow-Śródmieście in Kraków, NIP 6772203278, REGON 356588026 (hereinafter referred to as the Controller).

How do we obtain your personal data?
1. If you are a party to a contract with the Controller or intend to conclude a contract with the Controller, the data that the Controller processes about you constitutes contact details and other data necessary for the conclusion of the contract. This data was obtained directly from you.
2. If you represent a client or customer of the Controller or another entity (e.g. your employer, principal, business partner) in your dealings with the Controller, the data that the Controller processes about you constitutes contact details relating to your function or relationship with the entity on whose behalf you are acting. We obtained this data directly from you or received it from that entity.
3. If you contact the Controller, the data regarding you that the Controller processes constitutes contact details and other data resulting from your message. This data was obtained directly from you.
4. If you order the Controller’s catalogue via its website, the data that the Controller processes about you constitutes the data you provide in the order form. This data was obtained directly from you.
5. If you agree to receive marketing content from the Controller, the data that the Controller processes about you constitutes the data you provide in the Newsletter form. This data was obtained directly from you.
6. We process your personal data collected using cookies or other similar technologies in connection with the use of the Shop.

What is the scope of your personal data processed by the Controller?
1. If you are a party to a contract with the Controller or intend to conclude a contract with the Controller, the Controller processes the data you provide in order to conclude the contract, i.e. full name, mailing address, company address, company name, e-mail address, telephone number, NIP, REGON.
2. If you represent a client or a business partner of the Controller or another entity (e.g. your employer, principal, contractor) in your dealings with the Controller, the Controller processes the contact details you provide, such as your full name, company name, company address, e-mail address, telephone number, NIP, REGON.
3. When you contact the Controller, the Controller processes the data you provide for the purpose of contacting you, including your mailing address, e-mail address or telephone number, the content of the question or issue and optionally your full name and information concerning your position.
4. When ordering a catalogue, the Controller processes the data provided in the order form, i.e. full name, telephone number, e-mail address, company name, company address.
5. If you consent to receiving marketing information by e-mail, such as a newsletter, the Controller processes your e-mail address for this purpose.
6. In connection with the use of cookies for statistical purposes, the Controller may process the following data: IP address, duration of the respective session, frequency of website visits.
7. In connection with video surveillance, the Controller may process the following data: image, registration details or behaviour of persons under surveillance.

Is personal data subject to profiling? No, we do not profile your personal data.
Who is the recipient of your personal data? The personal data recipients are the Controller’s authorised personnel and entities providing services to the Controller (in particular IT and technical support providers, accounting firms, consultancy firms, law firms), who need to have access to the data in order to perform the tasks incumbent upon them. Data may also be made available to courier or postal companies, banks, state authorities or other entities authorised under relevant legislation.
Will your personal data be transferred outside the European Economic Area? As the Controller uses the Google Analytics tool, your personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. In connection with the transfer of data outside the EEA, the Controller has taken care to use only suppliers that offer high-level personal data protection guarantees. Such guarantees arise in particular from accepted standard contractual clauses with service providers who process personal data outside the EEA.
For how long will your personal data be processed? The duration of data processing is related to the purposes and grounds for processing, therefore: a) data processed on the basis of a contract will be processed until the expiry of the limitation period for possible claims; b) data processed on the basis of statutory requirements will be processed for the time prescribed under law to retain data; c) data processed on the basis of the Controller’s legitimate interest will be processed until an objection is effectively lodged or this interest ceases to exist, e.g. data processed for the purpose of asserting or defending against claims will be processed for a time equal to the limitation period for these claims. If you have given your consent to receive information on the Controller’s products and services, in the event that you withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your data for the purpose of carrying out marketing activities, your personal data will be retained for a period of three years from the withdrawal of this consent or lodging of your objection; d) data processed on the basis of the Controller’s legitimate interest, in the case of surveillance, is processed for a period of 90 days. The data will only be retained for the purpose of defending against possible claims, to ensure the Controller’s accountability.
Is it your responsibility to provide your personal data? No, you provide the data voluntarily, however, providing data is necessary for the purpose you wish to fulfil, including: - using the Website; - ordering a catalogue; - replying to your enquiry or issue; - sending you commercial information you requested or concluding a contract.
What are your rights? You have the right to: - request access to your personal data, rectify it, erase it or restrict its processing, as well as the right to data portability; - object at any time to the processing of your personal data for reasons related to your particular situation, where the basis for processing your personal data is the legitimate interest of the Controller; - object at any time to the processing of personal data for the purposes of marketing activities where the processing is based on the Controller’s legitimate interest in carrying out marketing activities; - withdraw consent at any time without affecting the compliance with the law of the processing performed on the basis of consent before its withdrawal (provided that data processing takes place on the basis of consent); - lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
Cookies Cookies are small files sent by a web server to the user’s browser and stored on their computer. Cookies help the Controller analyse web traffic and recognise which part of the website has been visited. Cookies do not in any way enable the Controller to access the computer or information about users, with the exception of information about how the website was used and personal data that users provide automatically due to browser settings.

We use Enhanced Conversions - based on the User's consent in the event of a purchase their personal data (full name and e-mail address) was shared with Google as part of Enhanced Conversions, where it will be subject to the customer data rules. The Controller uses session and persistent cookies. Session cookies are temporary files that are stored on the user’s terminal device until the user logs out or leaves the website.
